Just had my 6th tattoo removal treatment at the Manchester location with Anna. I was extremeley impressed with Anna's proffesionalism and dilligence.
She studyed the original picture of my tattoo to work out the best way of removing it.
She kept checking on the pain levels throughout (they were not bad at all)
She gave excellent aftercare advice.
I was really happy with my visit. The whole set up gives off an aura of total proffesionalism

The team were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly throughout the process.As an Asian man, I was also advised that I may need two rounds of treatment (either 8 and 8 sessions, or 8 and 6) to achieve the best long-term results. I appreciated the honesty and transparency about the treatment plan.Overall, it’s been a really positive experience, and I’m very pleased with the results so far. I received therapy at this clinic and had a genuinely positive experience. The staff were kind and welcoming. The sessions were supportive, professional, and made me feel understood and guided throughout my journey. I highly recommend to visit the clinic.
They were aggressive in selling products and services for prepayment. But when you actually call to book, then they told you they are not available this month, next month, then probably the month after. Basically, once you prepaid, they don't take care of you.
