I was recommended a Morpheus8 treatment here, but it made absolutely no difference — not even a slight improvement. I booked a follow-up with a doctor, waited over half an hour, and was seen by someone I thought was the doctor — only to find out at the end she was a nurse. No one told me the doctor wasn’t available, and no one apologised for the delay.When I finally saw the doctor on another day, they confirmed there was no change at all but showed no concern and just tried to sell me a more expensive treatment. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. The pain, cost, and time were simply not worth it.
