I wanted to follow up to check on the next steps and to seek further guidance on why this may have happened and what options are available to improve the pigmentation.While I received a prompt response to my initial email, suggesting I meet with an in-house specialist to find a remedy, I was informed that the Customer Support Manager would call to arrange an appointment. However, I have yet to receive that call.
