I visited Pulse Light Clinic (Tottenham Court Rd), early August, to have an initial consultation to discuss a treatment called Coolsculpting.The team at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming.My consultation with Cornelia went well - she explained everything about the treatment - was very informative and helpful with the questions I asked.On the same day I decided to book a treatment and they were very accommodating and able to fit me in 2 weeks later:On treatment day, Cornelia went through everything with me and made me feel at ease. It was quite an enjoyable experience.I am looking forward to my follow up appointment.Myriam Balay
