I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I received laser tattoo removal that left me with permanent indented scarring. Initially, this began as raised areas, which I was told would “resolve as the ink faded.” Based on that reassurance, I continued treatment. However, this developed into visible, permanent scarring.When I raised the issue, I was brought into a review with multiple staff members, some of whom were not involved in my treatment, and was given inconsistent and contradictory explanations. I felt dismissed, pressured, blamed, and even bullied. Despite giving the clinic every opportunity to respond professionally, the only offer made was one free session with no support for the scarring or acknowledgment of what went wrong.I’ve since received no reply to my formal complaint. I cannot recommend this clinic’s care, communication, or accountability. I have been left scarred both physically and mentally, and this has been a deeply distressing experience that I am now pursuing through formal channels.
