This is the worst place for laser hair…This is my second review I am writing to express my deep disappointment the hair removal treatment I underwent at this clinic regretfully my experience has been far from satisfactory. Unfortunately after completing my sessions now I have more hair on part of my body which I did not have before. After my first review I received calls from the clinic and was so hushed on me. Kept asking why I left the review which surprised me because during my treatment many times I complained about my treatment and why they change the technicians all the time against my wish. The level of pain was unbearable. They never used numbing cream I spent so much money on numbing cream even with that still was very painful which I bait was down to their machines, level of setting and not very expertly technicians. They burned my skin after allI end up with more hair on part of my body which I did not have hair before, now I need to go somewhere else spending so much money to get rid off hair that caused by them. After my first review when they contacted me they have been only concern about the review not my disappointment and didn’t offer any solutions. Believe me they don’t care about customer at all they just good at pretending. I was shocked and couldn’t believe it instead of sympathetic and offering any solutions kept questioning me about the review. My treatment was very time consuming and costly and the worst part is terrible results. Please please avoid this clinic they only care about money not customers satisfaction at all!!!!!
