After a telephone consultation, I went to the clinic to have a treatment done ( I had to pay the whole price at booking!) , when I was told that I had a contraindication so they won`t be able to deliver the treatment, I should have been told this during the telephone consultation. I went down to London for a whole weekend to have this treatment done , which cost me a lot ( travel, hotel, food etc). Absolutely unprofessional, they could say nothing but sorry. Be careful, look up the contraindications yourself or might be better to choose another company.
