I placed an order for two stuffed animals in early November. One of them arrived the day before Christmas, but it was not what I ordered (a bull instead of a panda) and the other two I requested (a panda and a sloth) never showed up. It's frustrating that I can't reach anyone at the company about my order, and getting a response via email takes forever. I still haven't heard back regarding my inquiry. Now, I just want to cancel my order.
