Absolutely love my sloth, have been actually getting a good nights sleep which for a person who has MS and a lot of nerve pain, this is amazing. Totally recommend you try this out, it really is just like being cuddled in a way anyway. Just feels beautiful.
As an adult with autism I have found that using my koko the koala weighted Animal has helped me to regulate my emotions easier if I find that I am getting overwhelmed a hug with koko for ten minutes help me feel more calmer
This company and products are amazing! I haven’t bought an animal for all my family and nieces and nephews. I had a small issue with a missing delivery and they took care of it immediately going above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!
Haile the Highland Cow is charming, but I found the fur a bit scratchy. The huggability and gentle pressure are excellent for alleviating anxiety and ADHD symptoms! The arms are perfectly sized for wrapping around and they stay in place. I gave it 4 stars because of the shipping; the packaging could use improvement. The product is tightly packed in a rolled plastic envelope with excessive tape, making it difficult to open without risking damage. The support team is helpful and quick to respond!
I placed an order for a weighted animal on December 7, and now it's January 10. At the time of ordering, the site mentioned something like "Working hard to get all orders to you by Christmas." Clearly, that did not happen. I remain hopeful about receiving the product, but I feel sorry for the recipient of the gift. I would not have placed the order had I known it would take this long. While the customer service team responds to emails promptly and provides reassurance, the tracking information indicates that my order hasn't even been shipped yet.
Review the feedback on this site; a significant 41% rate it as a one-star company. I find myself among the unhappy customers. I placed my order on December 3rd and only received an empty package by December 29! The company has completely ignored my emails, including those sent through their official contact page. I have reached out to my credit card company for assistance. Although they claim to be a Finnish company, I suspect it operates as a Chinese shell company, as they state products are "shipped from our warehouse in China."
I believe this website is untrustworthy. I ordered a product for a holiday gift in early November and paid for expedited shipping, hoping to receive it before the holiday. I reached out multiple times for updates on my order but was repeatedly told it was on its way. I requested a tracking number, as the shipping updates indicated it was being sent via a postal service, but they never provided one. After waiting nearly two months, I had to initiate a dispute with my credit card to seek a refund and am still waiting for a resolution. Overall, this experience has not been worth my money, time, or effort.
The product is poorly constructed and not effective at all; it resembles a cheap stuffed animal you might win at a fair. The quality does not meet expectations for the price. Only the arms have minimal weight, which was ineffective for us. Their return policy is practically non-existent. They offered a 10% refund and have repeatedly warned me about the high costs of returning the item since they ship everything from overseas. I'm still trying to get a refund and will be filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. This service feels like a total scam.
I placed an order for two stuffed animals in early November. One of them arrived the day before Christmas, but it was not what I ordered (a bull instead of a panda) and the other two I requested (a panda and a sloth) never showed up. It's frustrating that I can't reach anyone at the company about my order, and getting a response via email takes forever. I still haven't heard back regarding my inquiry. Now, I just want to cancel my order.
