I placed an order for a weighted animal on December 7, and now it's January 10. At the time of ordering, the site mentioned something like "Working hard to get all orders to you by Christmas." Clearly, that did not happen. I remain hopeful about receiving the product, but I feel sorry for the recipient of the gift. I would not have placed the order had I known it would take this long. While the customer service team responds to emails promptly and provides reassurance, the tracking information indicates that my order hasn't even been shipped yet.
