I bought a Pulsetto device to help manage stress, but the experience of dealing with this company has been the most stressful part of my month. After spending over $370, my order was shipped via the least reliable method possible (USPS) and was promptly misrouted across the country.
When I contacted support, I was initially met with blatant lies—an agent named Andrew claimed the delay was for "quality checks" before shipping, even though the tracking number proved the device was already in the carrier's network. When caught in this contradiction, they pivot to "nothing we can do."
It is clear Pulsetto is happy to take your money but has zero interest in the post-purchase experience. They refuse to use reliable private carriers like FedEx or UPS, and even after a package is clearly lost or mismanaged, they won’t offer a replacement or expedited shipping. They would rather send automated, insincere apologies than spend a dime to actually help their customers.
For a company that claims to care about mental health and wellness, their business practices are predatory. They profit off people looking for relief and then abandon them the moment a logistics issue arises. Do yourself a favor and buy from a company that actually values its customers and understands the meaning of "premium service."
