They will not tell you that when ordering the device, they will just charge the same credit card you used to purchase the device after you receive it. Extremely poor customer service when trying to get information about the additional charge and get out of the monthly subscription I never asked for.

really wanted to love this device, and in many ways I do. The vagus nerve stimulation itself is genuinely impressive. After about two weeks of consistent use, I noticed improved stress levels and sleep quality. It feels like a legitimate wellness tool — not a gimmick.
Here's the problem: everything is not always working.
I my two months of use, three times the companion app simply stops communicating with the device. And when it does, you're not just troubleshooting a minor glitch. You're starting completely from scratch. Full re-pairing. Re-entering your preferences. Rebuilding your stimulation schedule. Going through the entire onboarding flow as if you just pulled it out of the box for the first time.
The customer service response was to uninstall/reinstall the app, which I had already told them I'd tried. The second time I contacted them, it was days before anyone got back to me. For a health-adjacent wearable that people are relying on for symptom management, that turnaround is simply not acceptable.
It's genuinely baffling that a company can get the hard part right — the actual neurostimulation technology — and fumble so badly on the software side. A buggy app and so-so customer support undercut what should be a standout product.
If you're considering this device, go in with eyes open. The therapeutic benefits are real, but be prepared to periodically lose all your settings and spend a week in a support ticket purgatory. Here's hoping a firmware update comes before my next involuntary factory reset.

The device is great. I have likely physical scarring on my Vagus nerve so my HRV was low and my health tracker constantly said I was stressed even when I wasn't, I just was engaged in my day at work. Since using pulsetto, my ring doesn't constantly say that. I AM currently going through a highly stressful situation so my ring does show me as more stressed but even that is not all day long like it used to be before. I have also used the pulsetto during periods where I am crying and I stop by the the session is done. I also fall asleep when I use the sleep setting so fast!! The bad thing is that it vibrates when it is done so if I use it after awaking during the night it wakes me up. Also the green light stays on the whole time it is on. That is not welcome when I am.in bed sleeping. I need to cover it do it isn't distracting. Lastly, customer service isn't great. I had an issue with premium and it took 5 days between responses!!! And the person never really seemed to plan to help me with my issue. After a month of back snd forth the app offered me a better deal than I was trying to get so I just told him forget about it. I was so annoyed it made me regret buying the device even though I love it

I have been a migraine sufferer for 40 years. There are alot of factors to the headaches including diet, rest, stress management and environmental toxins. When I added Pulsetto to my routine I felt like this was a big piece of the puzzle. I use it first thing on the morning for head ache, a personal check in for the afternoon and a sleep before bed. It has helped me achieve more 0 pain hours and my sleep has improved which when you have pain it inhibits your sleep. I am very thank you for this product. I am over 90 days consistent use and will keep going.

Dishonest. I was charged out of the blue for a premium subscription. I don't know where it came from because in the app, I cannot find any evidence of this subscription- it still asks me to subscribe for premium. I got the device months ago and never subscribed to anything then, and I never intend to.

I went back to my emails to check, and I had in fact even cancelled the "free" subscription that came with the device precisely because I thought this might happen. That was a month after purchasing and I had a confirmation email saying it was cancelled, only to have this company help themselves using my credit card details many months later.

They have refunded it but they have not provided an explanation of the sudden charge out of the blue, so I am leaving this review here as a warning to others.

Edited to add that I have now provided the bogus order details. You had my name from this review, I provided it again, it is the same name, and it does not fill me with confidence that you cannot match my name with your own order system. If anything it's even more worrying that your system is so out of control it is making bogus charges which you can't match back.

I have been using Pulsetto Fit with Pulsetto Premium consistently for two months. Results have been life changing for me as I deal with a condition of pain due to inflammation. The wearable design has made treatment super convenient, especially while I am at work. Consistency has proven to be key for me (two times a day now). Pain has dramatically reduced along with the amount of anti-inflammatory medication (this is a huge win for me). As a bonus, my gut health is improving and my emotions are much more stable. I feel more in control of my life and am handling stressful situations with better focus and a clearer mind. I am developing the ability to recognize when I have anxiety building. This awareness is allowing me to take a moment for myself. After a six minute stimulation for anxiety, I can feel it melt away into calm control. The product took way too long to arrive. Then I chose to cancel the order and later that day they rushed it to shipping as if to not lose the sale. So I couldn't cancel at that point. They offered me a gift to bribe me to keep it. I declined. I did open the app and the 30 day free subscription turned into a 3 day. Followed by $14 a month after that. They claim to have a free subscription option but only if you enter your credit card info. So the product will not work unless you give them your credit card info. Definitely not happy and i am in the process of returning for partial money back. This company just brings more stress. Do not do it.
