I contacted customer support when I tried to cash out my winnings and it locked me out of my account

I contacted customer support when I tried to cash out my winnings and it locked me out of my account . Turns out I had forgotten my password and couldn’t log in to my account so I made another account so I could play. Well I didn’t know you can’t have another account. Well they went ahead and and closed the 1 account and let me keep the account I was currently playing and had won the money on . Well when I went back my winnings were not on my account ! I contacted customer support support and they said they don’t see my winnings and wouldn’t give it back !! It was not a large amount it was $100 dollars ! I have spent so much money playing on here and usually they take take take !! DO NOT TRUST PULTZ THEY WILL TAKE TAKE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU WIN THEY WILL DENY YOU !! OR MISPLACE IT AND DENY IT EXISTED ! SHAME ON YOU PULTZ !!!! DO NOT TRUST !!
