Used to be my favorite site to play on. I never had an issue with redemption or purchases. Support usually respond in a timely manner as well. Currently they are having a boosted referral bonus which I was excited about until I had 4 referrals that were not credited even though they completed all the steps. I even made sure one of them used my referral link and typed in my referral code and it still didn't register. That's $200 in bonuses I didn't receive. Support besically said they can't do anything about it so I won't be referring any more people to their platform.
