I ordered a pair of Puma King Ultimate football boots and was really disappointed with the quality and the customer service. After only a short time, I noticed a defect where the sole plate started separating from the upper, which obviously shouldn’t happen on a brand-new pair of boots.
I contacted Puma and arranged a return. They received the package and confirmed that I would get a refund within 10 business days. It’s now been 14 business days and I still haven’t received my refund or any update. For a major brand like Puma, this kind of product defect and slow refund process is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected when buying premium boots.
