Review Time
It was easy to order from this site but the quality of the clothes has decreased I bought a Hoodie a zip one took the tag off as it looked fine but when I got out into the sunlight instead of it being black it's a real looks like a dark grey? And there is nowhere on their website to actually leave a review because I bought it directly from puma.
And the sizes are a bit strange as well I've always been a large and they've always been quite oversized but this one was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be...
I'm not sure if I would buy from them again as now I will have to go out and re-purchase a Hoodie with a zip because I wanted a black one not a dark grey one it just looks really faded for £70 I was not impressed to be honest with the quality as I cannot leave a review on their site I thought I would do it here instead...
I purchased a pair of running shoes for my wife a while ago, only to find out that they do not fit. So, I proceeded to follow the directions on PUMA's website to return her shoes. I filled out the necessary information, printed off a Federal Express prepaid label, and proceeded to return them to FEDEX. Unfortunately, FEDEX could not return the shoes to PUMA. FEDEX informed me that there was a problem with PUMA's label: country of origin not found. So, I proceeded to inform PUMA of this problem. To this date I have contacted them twice and they have assured me that my problem has been escalated to the Corporate Office and they informed me that they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Well, I am still waiting. I have a pair of shoes that don't fit my wife, and no way of returning them. This is my first and last attempt to purchase anything from PUMA ever again.
I ordered something three weeks ago and never got my items. Instead, I received an email stating "delivery successful." When I reached out to the support team to clarify that my parcel was missing, they were entirely unhelpful and did not address my concern. Now, I'm left without my money and no product. I strongly advise against using this service!
I placed an order on 11/29 and have yet to receive anything. I reached out to the customer support team multiple times for assistance. The “delivery photo” they provided clearly shows a different house entirely.
Despite this evident problem, the company refused to take responsibility. They mentioned that the case was forwarded to another department and then ceased any further assistance. I asked them repeatedly to initiate an investigation with the courier to find my package, but they declined to do so.
They seem indifferent to the fact that the delivery photo does not correspond to my home. I even offered to have them verify this in person, but they showed no interest. Extremely disappointing customer service and a total lack of accountability. I do not recommend ordering online from this company.
Puma's delivery times are a joke.
Ordered a Portugal soccer jersey and selected the Customize option to add #7 and the Ronaldo name, as a Christmas gift. Order was placed in November 30. It is December 17 and no sign of the jersey. I was told by Puma Customer Service that customized orders take 7 to 10 business days to complete. We are on Day 13 using their own times.
I told them I would be returning the item once delivered and request a refund and was told by CS that the jersey is not eligible for a refund because it is a customized item. Since when a soccer player's jersey is a customized order? This is a fraud. I will take my case to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies.
First and last time I order something from Puma.

Osim emaila o obradi narudžbine, nisam dobio nikakva dalja obaveštenja, iako sam platio ubrzanu isporuku koja je trebala da stigne do ponedeljka. Kada sam pokušao da kontaktiram korisničku podršku, naišao sam na veoma lošu uslugu. Čini se da je osoblje već na odmoru. Poslao sam im email u ponedeljak ujutro, a odgovor sam dobio tek u utorak popodne, gde su mi rekli da će naći rešenje u naredna 2-3 dana. Zašto sam onda plaćao ubrzanu isporuku? Odlazim iz Kanade ovog vikenda, zato sam očekivao bolju uslugu. Očigledno ne razumeju hitnost mog slučaja. Loše iskustvo. Ovo će verovatno biti moja prva i poslednja kupovina kod brenda.

Odlazim iz Kanade ovog vikenda, pa sam očekivao bolju uslugu. Očigledno ne razumeju hitnost mog slučaja. Ukupno, veoma loše iskustvo.
Moje iskustvo je do sada bilo veoma loše. Kupio sam poklon za partnera i očekivao da stigne pre praznika, ali sam obavešten o kašnjenju. Na svu sreću, isporuka se desila juče, ali je dostavljač ostavio paket ispred vrata, što nije idealno. Bilo je teško kontaktirati podršku, ali sam konačno uspeo da ih obavestim o nestanku. Dali su mi papir da prijavim da nisam primio paket i da će istražiti, ali ne očekujem brzi odgovor. Verovatno ću na kraju dobiti samo refundaciju, bez zamene, pa ću morati ponovo da tražim nove cipele. Hvala na lošoj usluzi.
