My son unfortunately received his new PC with a faulty SSD drive. For a couple of weeks we went back and forth with try this and try that, but nothing seemed to work, so we were understandably disappointed. So, I made a phone call and talked to a very nice gentleman called Jonathan, who within a couple of days had booked the PC in to a local repair shop (Guernsey) to diagnose and rectify the problem. My son is very pleased with the PC which is now working brilliantly. Only 4stars as the PC wasn’t working correctly on arrival, but 4stars well earned by the very helpful Jonathan.
