Ordered a case in early December. Paid the extra for 3-4 day express delivery
The case never arrived. Have sent multiple emails trying to find out what's happening. At first they told me the case wasn't in stock (even though their website showed it was). I asked for a refund on the extra I paid for express delivery which they did. Ever since then the emails have been clearly auto generated. Been chasing a total refund for the past month but nothing.
Honestly this company used to be really good. Their products are top quality but their customer service is without doubt the worst I have ever dealt with.
Still chasing refund, next stop consumer affairs.
