Received a black case instead of a green one. IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person to talk to & vm is always full. Emailed them 5 x’s & not a single response. Piss Poor customer service & will NEVER order another thing from PUNKCASE they are PUNKS ! Turning in as FRAUD to my bank & getting my money back. You want your wrong case come & get it. beyond pissed !
I ordered two cases, but both were the wrong type and color, completely different from what I requested. I disputed the charge because now they want me to cover the return shipping for two incorrect orders. It's ridiculous! The cases themselves are fine, but the support for their errors is ineffective. You'd be better off purchasing cases from another source.
I ordered a case expecting it to fit my needs, but it didn't work at all. I requested a return authorization, anticipating a smooth return process as claimed on the website. Unfortunately, it took nearly 12 days of back-and-forth emails. They received the return in November 2025 and then started saying the case wasn't in stock. They offered me a 20% discount to keep it, which was frustrating since I had already sent it back with proof of delivery. I even included options for a replacement case, but now, three months later, I'm still dealing with unhelpful emails and have received no refund, store credit, or replacement. I wish I had seen the complaints beforehand. I assumed they were reliable like other well-known sites, but clearly, they are not. They don't seem to read emails properly and certainly don't check attachments. Overall, this has been a waste of money.
I ordered 2 cases, but they never showed up. The tracking information indicates they were considered a prohibited item and were returned. I've reached out to the support team several times without receiving a response. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller to avoid the same disappointment I faced. Stay away at all costs!
I placed an order for a phone case charger in October, and it took 3 months without any delivery. Tracking was impossible, and despite emailing the support team numerous times, they only offered discounts on other products instead of addressing my order. I requested a refund multiple times but have yet to receive a response. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller if you want to avoid getting scammed.
I wish I could rate this service with zero stars. I ordered an item in September and was given a tracking number that doesn't even exist. I've been misled multiple times. They claimed the item was only available for pre-order, despite it being for a three-year-old phone. Their responses are infrequent and unhelpful. It's been nearly 12 weeks since I placed my order, and I'm now seeking a refund through my bank. I strongly advise against using this service.
This is the second purchase made from Punk Case. The first was without any problems, prompt delivery, great tracking, no issues. However, this second time was the complete opposite experience. My card was charged immediately and 26 days later there was still no delivery. The delivery company use, DHL, reports that the tracking number is invalid, and when contacted they could not find any record of a delivery being submitted by Punk Case to my address. Attempting to contact Punk Case via their contact form (email) resulted in NO reply after a wait of 14 days, and attempting to contact them via their phone number immediately drops me into voicemail, where their mailbox is full and the call disconnects. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
