Ordered 7th Feb, order cancelled despite showing as in stock on the site. After this my funds were taken from my account, despite not shipping anything and me asking twice for my refund. Still don’t have my refund, if not complete in the next 48 hours I will be forced to raise a chargeback.
Great experience. They had a very rare out of print book which I had been looking for for years. I took the leap and bought it, super stoked I had found it finally. I immediately received a confirmation followed by a dispatch confirmation and email from Royal Mail that it would be with me within 48hrs. And on the day it arrived well packed and just as described. Fantastic service.
Highly recommend this company. In the day of pre-ordering/back orders - if youre patient then all orders are fulfilled.Phil is obviously very busy (a good sign!) but will always go the extra mile. I've never ever had a problem in years of buying from P2FH & prefer to buy from them than from other companies.Keep up the good work Phil!
Just awful 13 days to send it out. Asked for refund before it was posted, only for Phil to say it had gone. 4 days later got a notification that Royal Mail had it. Make what you will. Highly recommend you do not punktofunkheaven.co.uk
I saw the reviews and thought here we go again because I've had problems with other vinyl dealers but I can't fault them nobody is perfect and things can go wrong but try and resolve it before putting up bad reviews after all we are all human cheers Keith
