I reached out to customer support with my purchase details, and they provided me with the tracking number and were very accommodating. It would be beneficial if the company could send order numbers and invoices via email for tracking purposes. Aside from that, both the product and service were excellent. I even inquired about the possibility of creating another design to complement the tunnels, and I'm looking forward to seeing that in the future.
