I love Punk Youth's jewelry, very well crafted, unique pieces that you won't find elsewhere, high quality and doesn't hurt! Most earrings hurt my ears even some of the really expensive ones. Their support is great for any concerns. Shipping takes a little longer than I'd like but it's worth the wait!
I came across punk Youth on my Instagram feed and liked many of their silver hoop earrings so I thought I would take advantage of the Three for the price of two offer.
I didn’t realise this delivery was coming from China so it was approximately a two week wait, with tracking …the jewellery itself is good quality initially I couldn’t get the brave skull earrings clasp to click closed properly so contacted customer services. They sent a video of how to do this and now they work fine and customer services were very helpful with letting me exchange one of them for a different pair at no extra cost. Very happy with the the service and quality and creative designs
All of the Products are of good quality but if something does break the customer service is amazing. One of my earrings was broken and they send me a repair video the next day, with which I could easily repair them in less then a Minute. And if that haven't worked Punkyouth has a 90 day free return/exchange policy. In summary, it was a really pleasant experience to interact with them.
I recently made my first purchase, and while the majority of my items were delightful, one item arrived damaged during shipping, and another was too small due to my misunderstanding of the sizes. I reached out to the customer support team, and they promptly provided me with information and options. They quickly offered to replace the damaged item and gave me the choice to exchange or refund the items that didn't fit.
The Black Friday deals were absolutely fantastic! I ordered six sets of ear jewelry, and they arrived quickly, looking even better than I anticipated. I'm usually sensitive to low-quality alloys, but I've had no reactions to any of my purchases, which makes me really pleased with the quality. I contacted the support team regarding an exchange because I mistakenly ordered a pair of tunnels in my size instead of my husband's. To my surprise, I received a response in under a day, even during the holiday season. They were more than willing to send me the correct size and allowed me to keep the original pair as well. Overall, I am incredibly impressed and happy with the service and the team behind it.
The initial delivery failed, and it took around 2.5 weeks to arrange a redelivery. This redelivery occurred a month after the original order. Unfortunately, the redelivery did not consider the total number of items I ordered. I had purchased three items initially but only received one during the redelivery. The entire process lasted about a month and has been very disappointing, spanning from late November to late December, and it’s still not resolved.
I ordered a pair of tunnels and was initially worried about the order status since I didn't receive an email confirmation. I reached out to customer support with my purchase details, and they provided me with the tracking number and were very accommodating. It would be beneficial if the company could send order numbers and invoices via email for tracking purposes. Aside from that, both the product and service were excellent. I even inquired about the possibility of creating another design to complement the tunnels, and I'm looking forward to seeing that in the future.
Complete scam! Steer clear! We placed an order last week and there has been no update on its status. We attempted to reach out to the support team, but naturally, there was no response... Now, I'm just trying to get a refund, but I doubt that will be successful either.
Incredible jewellery selection! Adore the variety of items. They arrived in beautifully secure packaging that I hesitated to discard! The quality is exceptional. I also needed to exchange a ring, and the support team was very helpful!
