I have several items from this brand because I appreciate their designs, but the shipping takes 3-4 months each time. Initially, that was fine with me, but the quality hasn’t improved alongside their rising prices. Additionally, customer service is inflexible. If you accidentally add an item, regret a purchase, or are dissatisfied with the quality, good luck—there's no option to cancel an order or get a refund/exchange. I understand they are a small business, but their priorities seem off. I genuinely like their clothes and believe they could succeed if they improved their operations.
