Great designs but lack of service and quality

I own several items from this brand due to my appreciation for their designs, but the shipping time is consistently 3-4 months. Initially, I was okay with this delay, but the quality hasn't improved to match their rising prices. Additionally, customer service is inflexible. If you accidentally order the wrong item, regret a purchase, or are dissatisfied with the quality, you’ll find it nearly impossible to cancel an order or obtain a refund/exchange. I recognize they are a small business, yet their priorities seem off. I genuinely enjoy their clothing and believe they could succeed if they improved their operations.

Shipping times are excessively long

The website claims 4-5 business days for shipping, yet I waited 41 days for my order. I ordered in November and just received it in January. I wouldn't mind if they hadn’t misrepresented the shipping duration. They really need to eliminate the misleading 4-5 business days claim. I emailed them weeks ago for an update since there was no information on my order, and they kept saying, 'processing time takes 4 weeks,' which they claim is stated in their FAQ and on the order—this is false; it was nowhere to be found. Consider how long you’re willing to wait before ordering from them.

Adorable designs, concerning practices

Poor customer service and unfulfilled promises

The customer service is lacking, and they wouldn’t cancel my order. It felt like a scam when they promised gifts, yet nothing else was in my package. It was a misleading tactic to encourage purchases, and I fell for it. I won’t make that mistake again; their prices are too high.

Order not shipped for over 4 months

My order wasn’t sent for over 4 months, and despite emailing them multiple times, I received no response. I confronted them on social media, faced backlash from their fans, and discovered someone else was experiencing the same issue, which led to a friendship. It's quite a coincidence that another reviewer had a similar experience. I also keep getting emails asking me to 'confirm my subscription' as if they hadn’t previously tried to scam me, and I have NEVER re-subscribed.

Many designs appear unoriginal

Many of their designs seem copied without acknowledgment. Please do your research! Speaking out leads to being banned from their platforms and attacked by their community, while bigotry is downplayed. It’s absurd. Additionally, the quality is reminiscent of inexpensive brands, with a jacket falling apart after just three washes due to poor materials. If you value authenticity, avoid ordering from this brand.

Lack of email responses

They do not respond to emails! Shipping can take up to one or two months. The quality of a zip-up I purchased was disappointingly thin and made of cheap material.

Disappointing and greedy customer service

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and was satisfied with the quality of their items; however, I’ve now learned that their customer service is appalling. They sent me the wrong item after restocking, indicating they sold more than they had, and refuse to issue a refund. I’ve been ignored on email and social media, even having comments deleted. I made a friend online who is facing the same problem. I’ve been out over $80 for weeks. This brand needs to take responsibility for their mistakes and refund their customers. I don’t wish to purchase from them again and would like to warn others about their poor customer service.

Consistently satisfied with purchases

I’ve bought several items from multiple drops over the years and have always been very pleased! The quality is outstanding, and the shop owner genuinely cares about producing quality products at great prices. I've never encountered shipping issues, and they maintain good communication with customers. Highly recommend!
