My order wasn’t sent for over 4 months, and despite emailing them multiple times, I received no response. I confronted them on social media, faced backlash from their fans, and discovered someone else was experiencing the same issue, which led to a friendship. It's quite a coincidence that another reviewer had a similar experience. I also keep getting emails asking me to 'confirm my subscription' as if they hadn’t previously tried to scam me, and I have NEVER re-subscribed.
