I’ve been a loyal customer for years and was satisfied with the quality of their items; however, I’ve now learned that their customer service is appalling. They sent me the wrong item after restocking, indicating they sold more than they had, and refuse to issue a refund. I’ve been ignored on email and social media, even having comments deleted. I made a friend online who is facing the same problem. I’ve been out over $80 for weeks. This brand needs to take responsibility for their mistakes and refund their customers. I don’t wish to purchase from them again and would like to warn others about their poor customer service.
