Initially, I was okay with this delay, but the quality hasn't improved to match their rising prices. Additionally, customer service is inflexible. If you accidentally order the wrong item, regret a purchase, or are dissatisfied with the quality, you’ll find it nearly impossible to cancel an order or obtain a refund/exchange. I recognize they are a small business, yet their priorities seem off. I genuinely enjoy their clothing and believe they could succeed if they improved their operations.
