If I could give a 0, I would. After watching a Facebook advertisement video for the K9 Soothe, the anti-itch spray, in December, Dr. Randy said multiple times throughout the video that if you are not 100% satisfied, return the product within 180 days for a full refund, even empty bottles, what do you have to lose? I tried to take advantage of a multi-bottle offer, but customer service messed it up. Due to the savings I got through the offer, I ordered 12 bottles (3 were free) thinking I can just return them if it doesn't work. Due to their mess up 3 bottles were shipped and charged separately for a higher price, then I got an email of the upcoming shipment of the remaining order but they put in the order for the wrong product (Belly Bliss instead of K9 Soothe). After getting that sorted out, I got the remaining 9 bottles for the advertised price.
The spray is crap. You can't heat it up so I'm spraying my dog's belly and armpits with cold liquid. The oily substance made his fur look like shit, and it didn't work. He hated it. I used 2 bottles to give it a full chance. Now, they will not honor Dr. Randy's statements on the video for a full refund referring me back to their website that only unopened bottles will be refunded. And not just unopened bottles. It is unopened pouches (packs of 3). So I guess I won't get refunded for the unused 3rd bottle in one of the pouches. I've read other posts that the refund goes on a Pup Labs gift card, not back on your credit card or bank. That is still yet to be seen for me. This company is a scam.
Oh and here is something else creepy. While looking at the website, lo and behold there is a picture of my dog as the homepage is scrolling through with pics of other dogs. I never submitted a pic, much less the one they used, and did not give them permission to use any pics. How they were able to get this pic off my Facebook, I'll never know because it is locked down tight.
Don't do business with this company. You want to know what did work for my dog, completely stopped the scratching, paw licking, and hot spots......Healthy Petz Collagen. In 3 weeks, he was a completely different dog.
