I didnt ask to subscribe but I keep getting shipments. I am busy and I travel a lot, so my time is limited to deal wiht this. I have emailed and I have called but no response to email and you cannot get anyone on the phone.
K9Ear Clear made my dog’s ears WORSE. They turned red and and were completely inflamed. I talked to 3 different representatives who gave me such a hard time and told me I would NOT get a refund for the opened bottle. It was such a hassle. They suggested I had to get verification from my vet that it caused a problem. Even got rude. Finally, after many emails and phone calls I asked to talk to a supervisor who gladly gave me a refund for all 3 bottles. He was pleasant and apologized for precious customer service. And I didn’t have to return them. They went straight into the trash. Such terrible customer service till I got the supervisor.
Thank you for your help with my baby's hip pain. He is my service dog he is 8 years old and is walking with me everywhere. He is walking with less pain now. I know it will only get better with time.
I ordered a product and call to get full refund and they didn't want give full refund they only gave half the money back to line there pockets I'm very dissatisfied with this company I hope no one else falls for sorry company I will be more cautious next time it is wrong take people's money like that
Terrible company, DO NOT BUY. My dog developed kidney problems after taking their product. I only purchased once and did not sign up for any membership, yet they registered my purchase as a subscription anyway. I’ve been trying to cancel, but it’s impossible. This is a scam!
The product is expensive and it doesn't work. I called the company and nobody answers; I sent emails and they won't resolve anything via email. I checked the website and there is absolutely no guidance or help on how to cancel something I didn't even ask for! DO NOT BUY, you will regret it.

After selecting the product and ordering with my CC before I could finalize the sale, I WAS STUCK TO WATCH A 20 MINUTE VIDEO OF MORE PRODUCT'S FOR SALE. MESSAGES OF WILL BE BILLED 2or3x IF HIT THE BACK BUTTON. UPON COMPLETION OF THE VIDEO I IMMEDIATELY CACELLED THE ORDER. I WOULD ENJOY RUNNING THIS PRODUCT UP THE HEAD ADVERTISING AGENTS RECTUM!!
Janelle was wonderful. I originally was going return my items. However, after talking it thru with her. I changed my mind. I still haven't tried it. I will say, it literally has no horrible scent. Major plus. Jasel was very helpful.
Pup labs has fraudulent activity by charging without consent. When you look up the CEO Peter Tzemis he doesn’t even associate an email for you to contact him. Shady! Customer service is a joke and no one ever calls back. They charged my account and I haven’t even ordered anything . Reported to my Bank as a Fraud charge and BBB. If you look them up you will be amazed at their claims from BBB. Never! Never buy from them.
