So just a little rant. I ordered K9 belly bliss for my dog for her allergies.The product stated it had a 180 day return policy , 💯 percent. Zoey won't eat it on her food.She went three days without eating.
So I called today to return the product. The 100% return policy is only on product that is not used. So if you don't use the product , you can return it if you use the product and don't like it or doesn't work , you can't get your money back. I told them that that was misleading and false advertisement. Then he stated on the product that was used.They could give me a gift card to use on their website. Just make sure to read the fine print.
