I am a dog content creator on tiktok and was asked to be an “ambassador” for this company. They told me it’s a free shipping with a discount of 25% on an item with free gifts. Firstly, collaborating with a brand should be 100% free including the shipping. I have collaborated with a few brands and I have not spent a single penny. This was not the case at all.Secondly, the “free gift” bandana that should cost £25, came to me with the wrong color and size (XS - I have a black labrador) the size can only fit my wrist. When I talked to them about it, i received a very unprofessional response and excuse of “out of stock” and when i told them they should’ve informed me, the reply was full of excusesThirdly, the quality was awful. The item i was supposed to “promote” with a discount - mind you, it costs £30 and with a discount I paid £23. I got a tuxedo tie and the thread are sticking out everywhere and are very low quality.Lastly, the delivery will take 2-3 weeks. I did not receive a tracking number until I chased them for it.Yes. It was my fault I took a bite regardless of my experience with more professional brands. Please if you have to pay a single penny for “ambassador” on social media. It is a scam. I learned the hard way.
