Great products you can’t find at the store at an affordable price! I got one clothing and one accessory item for my kitten and they came quickly, and in great quality. They’re also comfy for my kitten so she doesn’t mind having them on at all🤍.
I've tried several pet supply brands over the years, but this one truly stands out. The quality of their products is consistently excellent, durable, well-designed and clearly made with pets' comfort and safety in mind. Whether it's toys, beds, collar, harness, or accessories, everything I've purchased has exceeded my expectations.
I am a dog content creator on tiktok and was asked to be an “ambassador” for this company. They told me it’s a free shipping with a discount of 25% on an item with free gifts. Firstly, collaborating with a brand should be 100% free including the shipping. I have collaborated with a few brands and I have not spent a single penny. This was not the case at all.Secondly, the “free gift” bandana that should cost £25, came to me with the wrong color and size (XS - I have a black labrador) the size can only fit my wrist. When I talked to them about it, i received a very unprofessional response and excuse of “out of stock” and when i told them they should’ve informed me, the reply was full of excusesThirdly, the quality was awful. The item i was supposed to “promote” with a discount - mind you, it costs £30 and with a discount I paid £23. I got a tuxedo tie and the thread are sticking out everywhere and are very low quality.Lastly, the delivery will take 2-3 weeks. I did not receive a tracking number until I chased them for it.Yes. It was my fault I took a bite regardless of my experience with more professional brands. Please if you have to pay a single penny for “ambassador” on social media. It is a scam. I learned the hard way.
It’s a great company with very quick customer service. They do send free gifts, in our case we got a cute plush duck with a squeaker, alongside our cooling mat we ordered. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong size mat, but we will definitely be purchasing the correct size. :)
