I am deeply frustrated. My order was supposed to arrive on December 3rd, and now it's December 14th with no sign of it. There has been no effort to contact me about the delay, a potential refund, or even an apology. This is incredibly disrespectful. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but my emails keep bouncing back as the address appears to be invalid. Please issue my refund and cancel my subscription. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
