I am very dissatisfied. My order was supposed to arrive on December 3rd, but now it’s December 14th with no updates. There has been no communication about delays, refunds, or even an apology. This lack of respect is unacceptable. I've tried to reach out several times, but my emails have bounced back, indicating an invalid address. Please process my refund and cancel my subscription. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

I've been a customer for over two years, but I had to cancel my subscription recently. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service and food has declined. There have been missing or delayed orders, and I even discovered plastic in one of the meal packs. It's disappointing because this service used to be reliable.
My disappointment knows no bounds. A friend ordered food from this service, and it was shipped via ground transport. This was a perishable item sent in an uninsulated, reused box. When it finally arrived a week later, there were no labels indicating it needed to be kept frozen. It was left on my porch in the sun, and the contents were warm. Now I have a freezer full of spoiled food. I've been promised a replacement, but I have little hope it will be any better.
11/10 stars. My dog eagerly devours all four meals without hesitation; she loves them! She even cleans her bowl! She gets so excited at mealtime. Preparing the meals is quick and easy. Since my dog started eating these meals, her coat is much softer and she is full of energy. These meals are truly life-changing for dogs. Thank you to the team for your amazing work!
I have two chihuahuas, both 10 and a half years old. I want to ensure they receive quality food. After discovering this service, I decided to give it a try. The girls love the taste, and I appreciate the ingredients. We're still transitioning, mixing their old food with this new one, and so far everything has been going great. Thank you!
