My disappointment knows no bounds. A friend ordered food from this service, and it was shipped via ground transport. This was a perishable item sent in an uninsulated, reused box. When it finally arrived a week later, there were no labels indicating it needed to be kept frozen. It was left on my porch in the sun, and the contents were warm. Now I have a freezer full of spoiled food. I've been promised a replacement, but I have little hope it will be any better.
