I mistakenly ordered a necklace without customization as it didn’t upload properly. I thought it would be an easy fix to contact them to cancel. They responded once via email without any follow-up, so now I'm stuck with the first necklace. I've emailed them five times, but it seems to be an AI response system. This has been the worst online ordering experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. UPDATE: I eventually got an update, but had to message their Instagram account; it might be easier to reach them that way.
