Customer service was very kind throughout the whole process, although it did take longer than expected. Upon receiving the item, the material quality was not what I expected for the price I paid.
I purchased a necklace for my partner featuring our dog, and initially, I was thrilled when it arrived! However, after just 8 days of wear, the gold plating has worn off, revealing the low-quality copper beneath. They claim to offer the highest quality, but it's clearly subpar. I'm very dissatisfied, especially since their contact page leads to an error. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and seeking a more reputable source for jewelry!
The item arrived in flawless condition, and I'm truly happy I made this purchase. It was a gift for my girlfriend, who recently lost her dog this summer, and I felt it was important to get her something special. Thankfully, I came across this seller's advertisements on social media. She and her family absolutely adored the necklace and love it wholeheartedly.

I ordered two necklaces and received a tracking number a week later that never updated and looked completely unrealistic. When I reached out to customer support, they provided no helpful or insightful answers. This feels like a total scam, and I plan to dispute the charge. The positive reviews seem clearly fabricated.
I'm beginning to suspect this is a fraudulent service. I placed an order on December 9 and quickly followed up with their support email to urgently request a change of address. At this point, I've sent over 10 emails, 3 Instagram messages, and asked for someone to call me, but I've yet to receive a response. Their support email appears to be managed by an AI that responds based on keywords but fails to address my concerns. Despite their claims that orders before December 16 would arrive in time for Christmas, mine hasn't shipped. To make matters worse, I won't have access to my current address after December 24, which is why I requested the change. But still, no response, no customer service, nothing. Over $150 lost most likely. It's incredibly frustrating.
My order hasn't shipped yet. They sent me an email to clarify my order, and since I replied that I need the gift by Friday, I haven't heard back. It was supposed to arrive two days ago, but they claimed they needed confirmation, which I sent a week ago. Now they're just using that as an excuse.
I placed my order on November 19 and received a tracking number on November 26, but it doesn't work. I contacted them on December 1 for an estimated delivery time since the tracking number was still inactive. I was told it would activate once the carrier collected the item and to check back later. It's now December 8, and after reaching out again for an update, I received no response. It's disappointing coming from a service that claims to offer '24/7 customer support.' I've been polite and understand it's a busy time, but all I want is to track my order. After sharing my experience, I finally got a reply from a representative who told me to chase the carrier for information on my order, even though the tracking label they provided has never been activated. This sums up my experience with them. They deserve zero stars.
