I placed my order on November 19 and received a tracking number on November 26, but it doesn't work. I contacted them on December 1 for an estimated delivery time since the tracking number was still inactive. I was told it would activate once the carrier collected the item and to check back later. It's now December 8, and after reaching out again for an update, I received no response. It's disappointing coming from a service that claims to offer '24/7 customer support.' I've been polite and understand it's a busy time, but all I want is to track my order. After sharing my experience, I finally got a reply from a representative who told me to chase the carrier for information on my order, even though the tracking label they provided has never been activated. This sums up my experience with them. They deserve zero stars.
