They refuse to cooperate, even though their policy states, 'cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.' I placed an order and about 20 minutes later, I reconsidered. I reached out to cancel, and they replied before 5 AM asking why I wanted to cancel, then claimed they would contact the warehouse to ensure my order hadn't been processed yet. I responded with urgency, but by 8 PM, I hadn’t heard back. Their cancellation policy seems designed to prevent refunds. They appear determined to deny refunds, despite what their policy states. It's a terrible way to handle cancellations.
