Edit: Still no response after 72 hours and multiple emails. Avoid this service at all costs, especially if you need to cancel your order. They refuse to cooperate, even though their policy states, 'cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.' I placed an order and about 20 minutes later, I reconsidered. I reached out to cancel, and they replied before 5 AM asking why I wanted to cancel, then claimed they would contact the warehouse to ensure my order hadn't been processed yet. I responded with urgency, but by 8 PM, I hadn’t heard back. Their cancellation policy seems designed to prevent refunds. They appear determined to deny refunds, despite what their policy states. It's a terrible way to handle cancellations.
