I reached out via email expressing my concern about it not arriving in time for Christmas. They acknowledged the unreliability of USPS tracking and suggested I wait until December 19 before following up. Clearly, this gift won't arrive by Christmas. This has been a disappointing experience that I won't repeat. It's understandable why many prefer larger platforms over smaller businesses. They need to improve their service.
