I ordered a ring on December 8 and paid for shipping. They partner with USPS during the holidays, and now the ring has been stuck in Arizona for 9 days while I’m in Maryland. I expressed my concern via email about it not arriving for Christmas. They informed me of USPS's unreliable tracking and advised waiting until December 19 to follow up. Clearly, this gift won't arrive on time. This frustrating experience makes me reluctant to order again. It's understandable why many prefer larger platforms over smaller businesses.

I’ve never ordered a ring online before, so I wasn't sure about the size. The one I chose turned out to be too large. When I requested an exchange for a smaller size, they refused since the item was on sale. I ordered another ring of the same size from a different company at the same time, and they had no issues with the exchange. I don’t understand why they can't exchange a discounted item. Additionally, the ring I received was squeaky and difficult to turn. Overall, a disappointing experience.
I ordered two bracelets on August 30 and haven't received anything. I've contacted customer support multiple times, and they have now offered to either resend the items or give store credit. I prefer not to receive store credit since I have no guarantee that they will send anything. I plan to reach out to my card issuer to initiate a chargeback.

I attempted to reach out to the company, but they lack a contact number. I emailed twice with no response. I also called a local store, and the manager was unhelpful and rude. This experience has made me decide never to order from them again due to their poor customer service.
I ordered five bracelets on July 2, but after placing the order, I couldn't track it, which seemed odd. I emailed them, and they said my package had shipped and would arrive between July 9-11. However, when the 11th came, my mail arrived without my package. I inquired about updates and was informed that the tracking hadn’t been updated and considered it lost in transit. They offered to reship or provide a $10 store credit. I asked why I wasn’t informed sooner, but received no response.
Terrible products and customer service! I've purchased several items and had to exchange some due to poor quality, with items breaking shortly after purchase. The staff is unhelpful and cannot assist with issues regarding subpar items. It's better to save your money. My last return was for a phone holder that fell apart three days after I bought it, and they wouldn’t exchange it, even within the return period. It wasn’t worth the effort to argue further.
