I expressed my concern via email about it not arriving for Christmas. They informed me of USPS's unreliable tracking and advised waiting until December 19 to follow up. Clearly, this gift won't arrive on time. This frustrating experience makes me reluctant to order again. It's understandable why many prefer larger platforms over smaller businesses.
