A mixed review here, had a I written it 2 months ago it would;e been 5 star! the product itself is fabulous there's no denying that, but customer services are horrendous! I have been asking for help for the last couple of weeks in cancelling subscriptions as that can be quite confusing , you think you've skipped or cancelled when you go back to check that's all done you realise the order has already been filled and eVRI are telling you they have you'r parcel!! you don't get time to go back and re cancel if you've pushed a button by mistake, this happened a few weeks ago, I tried as fast as I could to get in touch with them, too late order out, worst thing is I was charged for it an never did receive it!!! I told them this but din;t hear back, I tried again to ask where the parcel was and I believe every or whoever were delivering but I checked everywhere and have not seen it since, this happened again after I went back on re joining subscription quickly so I could see where the order might be but nope it ordered again and again was too late!! you literally get no time to make sure skipped or cancelled.. I give up!! shame because I and my daughters have loved using the product but now will use another similar one I beleieve is around. so beware!!
