I cant even begin to say what this product has done for me, I have fallen in love with my home again, I look forward to cleaning and considering I work 10 hour shifts a day its a miracle, I love everything about it ❤️ thank you so much
I have used the products for a while now and I love them however you must keep and eye on your subscription as they changed mine without my knowledge and I've paid more for less!!! I've cancelled my subscription as I will not be forced into higher payments for less products!!! Very disappointed in Purdy and Fig!!!
Absolutely disgusted that after cancelling my subscription that money has been taken from my account and saying an order has been sent. You can’t speak to anyone and after emailing asking for my money to be returned, i receive an Answer which is completely unsatisfactory. Terrible customer service @ #purdy&figg

Although I must wait until their poor service company Evri let them know I have not received he product and it is on the way back. Unauthorized transactions are theft are they not? So please don't come with tht fake response. Or have you taken money from lots of accounts so you can't find me. ??
The payment system and customer services are diabolical.

Fantastic customer service from Daryll today. I had a minor issue with an order and emailed regarding this. Within a very short space of time, Daryll had rectified the issue for me. I have nothing but praise for this company, the products are fantastic and now the customer service is too. I would highly recommend.
Bought one thing, then they kept trying to take money out of my account citing a subscription that I never set up. After a long phone call they said they would take me off the list and they have since tried to take out money again!
A mixed review here, had a I written it 2 months ago it would;e been 5 star! the product itself is fabulous there's no denying that, but customer services are horrendous! I have been asking for help for the last couple of weeks in cancelling subscriptions as that can be quite confusing , you think you've skipped or cancelled when you go back to check that's all done you realise the order has already been filled and eVRI are telling you they have you'r parcel!! you don't get time to go back and re cancel if you've pushed a button by mistake, this happened a few weeks ago, I tried as fast as I could to get in touch with them, too late order out, worst thing is I was charged for it an never did receive it!!! I told them this but din;t hear back, I tried again to ask where the parcel was and I believe every or whoever were delivering but I checked everywhere and have not seen it since, this happened again after I went back on re joining subscription quickly so I could see where the order might be but nope it ordered again and again was too late!! you literally get no time to make sure skipped or cancelled.. I give up!! shame because I and my daughters have loved using the product but now will use another similar one I beleieve is around. so beware!!
To be honest I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I placed an order in early November. After 4 weeks of waiting I cancelled the order and have never received my money back. Absolutely awful company and customer service.
Please do not bombard people with others if you cannot fulfil them.
