*UPDATE TO THE BELOW - It has now been received, so I have updated the rating as I'd had a positive experience with the company up until this issue occurred* I hate leaving bad reviews, but since I placed an online order on Black Friday last year and I’m still waiting for part of it to arrive..I am waiting for £78 worth of promotional gifts having spent a large amount on Dermalogica.I spent well over the qualifying amount and have sent lots of emails. I am assured each time that the goods have been sent or re-sent, but nothing ever comes through and I’m feeling less trusting after nearly 3 months of waiting.I’ve been a customer for years, so it pains me to do this, but I’m getting nowhere otherwise

We are a small family run Beauty Salon from Lichfield in the Midlands and we have been selling Professionally Recommended Beauty Products Online in the UK for nearly 20 years.
Our brands include some of the most popular, well known and well resepcted skincare and hair care products in the UK. These include Dermalogica, Elemis, Medik8, SkinCeuticals, Olpalex, L'Oreal, Color Wow and many, many more besides.
We are a small business and we are very proud to be so and the comes with it's stregnths and weaknesses but we have a strong and loyal customer base and we always try and do our very best for all of our customers.
We hand pick and pack all of our customers' orders, we do it from our Salon in Lichfield and we process and send orders as quickly as we can but we are not a multi-national business and we will never deliver your items the same day. What we will do is appreciate each and every customer and each and every order they choose to place with us.
