This was an easy, straightforward online buying experience with Pure Beauty. An easy to navigate website, with well-curated products. I had been recommended a Medik8 product and Pure Beauty prices seemed competitive. Delivery was a little longer than some suppliers; but well worth a little wait for a competitive price on a high end product. I like to support small businesses which prioritise customer service and satisfaction, so I hope to be back.

We are a small family run Beauty Salon from Lichfield in the Midlands and we have been selling Professionally Recommended Beauty Products Online in the UK for nearly 20 years.
Our brands include some of the most popular, well known and well resepcted skincare and hair care products in the UK. These include Dermalogica, Elemis, Medik8, SkinCeuticals, Olpalex, L'Oreal, Color Wow and many, many more besides.
We are a small business and we are very proud to be so and the comes with it's stregnths and weaknesses but we have a strong and loyal customer base and we always try and do our very best for all of our customers.
We hand pick and pack all of our customers' orders, we do it from our Salon in Lichfield and we process and send orders as quickly as we can but we are not a multi-national business and we will never deliver your items the same day. What we will do is appreciate each and every customer and each and every order they choose to place with us.
