My experience has been awful. I used the app for a while without issues, then was suddenly banned. After contacting the service, they admitted to making a mistake and reinstated my account. I used it for a bit longer but then removed my profile from view for a few weeks. When I logged back in, I found myself banned again. They claim there’s no mistake, which is hard to believe since I haven't done anything wrong. Their standard responses provide no clarity. It's frustrating not knowing what I've supposedly done wrong, and I have proof of their earlier mistake. Their handling of my account raises serious concerns.
