Unjustly Banned with No Response

I was randomly banned, and no one seems to investigate the issue. I know I didn't break any rules, yet someone either reported me or the system flagged something innocent. The staff hasn't even attempted to explain the reason for the ban or consider making it temporary for the 'safety of the community.' Many others seem to be facing similar random bans, and the staff's lack of engagement is frustrating. As a paying customer who enjoyed using the app and made connections, it's disheartening that anyone can report me and get me banned without justification. It's a cruel system, and I will keep raising awareness until changes are made.

Hypocritical and Unprofessional Support

This platform claims to be inclusive and respectful, but my experience was the opposite. I was banned after updating my bio to something common among users. When I emailed support politely to inquire about the rule I supposedly broke, I received a rude and condescending reply instead of a clear answer. I could accept their decision if they chose not to reinstate my account, but the tone of their response was unprofessional and disrespectful. For a service that promotes inclusivity, their customer support demonstrates none. If they treat polite, paying users this way, I can only imagine their handling of serious concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone.

Frustrating Experience with Users

I've used this app on and off for about two years and only met a few decent people. Most of the males here get blocked due to inappropriate behavior. I'm married and constantly receive unsolicited explicit messages instead of a simple hello, and many profiles pretend to be dominant figures. I’m done with this app, as I’m not interested in immature users.

Terrible Experience Overall

My experience has been awful. I used the app for a while without issues, then was suddenly banned. After contacting the service, they admitted to making a mistake and reinstated my account. I used it for a bit longer but then removed my profile from view for a few weeks. When I logged back in, I found myself banned again. They claim there’s no mistake, which is hard to believe since I haven't done anything wrong. Their standard responses provide no clarity. It's frustrating not knowing what I've supposedly done wrong, and I have proof of their earlier mistake. Their handling of my account raises serious concerns.
