Non-functional app without any people online, the customer support is non existent - they just have an AI who gives very random answers to very detailed and specific questions.Furthermore, you have to pay before entering (which is OK if your app is functional) but once you paid... you discover there is 0 people on the app using it. It's really a scam.Then, according to their terms and conditions, if you buy the subscription through their website, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days if you are residing in the EU. I am residing in the EU, but their AI-chatbot will not listen to this and keeps saying I have to tell the app store, while I made it very clear I bought my subscription on their own website.AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COST.
