I ordered the new hot and cold device, but couldn't get the top off to use it. When I called to request a return, I was told I'd have to cover the shipping costs and include all purchase details. Returning it would cost $20.35. I've asked for a refund for both that and the $99 cost of the device. I hope they prove to be a reputable company that adheres to good business practices.
